  • Do we need a deposit?

    We have RM300 deposit for each stay. The easiest way is to use a credit card and authorise a pre-authorisation charge. This is just a block on the card, no charge is actually made unless damage occurs. 


    We also accept cash deposits but this is not encouraged. Direct bank transfers require 1-3 working days to refund.

  • How do I check in?

    We will send you the full check-in instructions prior to your arrival. Most of our units offer self check-in for your convenience, allowing you to access the property independently at your own time. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact our team.

  • Can i check-in late at night?

    Yes you can! Please contact us prior to your arrival for special check-ins.

  • Is wifi available?

    Most of our units come with Wi-Fi.
